Painting Workshops:
48 hr cancellation policy
Seats for workshops are limited
All in-person workshops are paid in advance,
Your personalized materials are prepped before class
You must cancel 48 hours prior to the workshop to get a partial refund or switch dates. (You may switch up to 2 times with 48 hr notice)
After the 48-hour deadline, you will not get a refund.
REFUNDS:
Refunds requested 8-10 days prior are 70%,
Refunds requested 3-7 days prior are 40%,
Refunds 48 hours prior are 0%.
We understand that unexpected things happen,
Please email Lovejoy ASAP (include your order #) if you can not make a workshop.
Traceables (digital downloads)
Sales on digital products are final
Digital download links are emailed immediately after your order.
You will receive an email confirmation & an email with a link to download your purchase
The download link will be active for 24 hrs, please download immediately
Your zip file will include:
1- your traceable - resize as needed, use as many times as you like
2- links on how to transfer your traceable to your surface
3-discount code for future purchases
